Log Into Your Website Admin

Update: Outlook 2003

To update your Outlook 2003 client to work with Hosted Mail:

Open Outlook
Click the Tools menu, and select E-mail Accounts...
Select "View or change existing e-mail accounts"

Email Accounts

Click on the Hosted Mail account and click Change...

Click the More Settings... button in the E-mail Accounts menu to open the Internet E-mail Settings menu.

In the Internet E-mail Settings menu, click the Outgoing Server tab

Check the box, "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication"
Choose the option "Use same settings as my incoming mail server"
Click the Advanced tab
- Incoming server must be 995, and must use SSL encryption
- Outgoing server must be 587, SSL encryption

Click OK, Next, then Finish
