AutoMark Exporting Lists
Microsoft Outlook
- In Outlook, on the File menu, click Import and Export.
- Click Export to a file, and then click Next.
- Click Microsoft Excel, and then click Next.
- In the folder list, click the Contacts folder, and then click Next.
- Browse to the folder where you want to save the contacts as an Excel file (.xls).
- Type a name for the exported file, and then click OK.
- Click Next.
- To add or remove fields to determine the way the contact information is saved in the new Excel worksheet, click Map Custom Fields.
- Click Finish
Microsoft Outlook Express
- Start Outlook Express.
- On the File menu, point to Export, and then click Address Book.
- Click Text File (Comma Separated Values), and then click Export.
- Type the path and filename of the file, or click Browse to specify a location to save the file.
- Click Next.
- Click the fields that you want to export and then click Finish.
Goldmine

Export the Goldmine File
- With the Goldmine database open, on the Tools menu, click Export Records.
- Click to select DBF File as the Data Format and click Next.
- Under Get Filename, type the path and file name you want, or click Browse and select the export location you want, for example: C:\my documents\mydata.dbf
- Click Next twice.
- Click Finish. Goldmine reports how many records were exported and the elapsed time. Click OK.
- Once you saved the file to your computer, you can rename to end in '.xls' to convert it into an Excel sheet.

Import File into Outlook
- On the File menu, click Import And Export.
- Click "Import from another Program or file," and click Next.
- Click to select dBase and click Next.
- Enter the path to the file to import and click Next.
- Click to select the folder to import the file into, such as Contacts. Click Next.
- Click Map Custom Fields. Drag the field names in the From box to the correct field in the To box. Click OK, and then click Finish.
Yahoo! Mail
- Go to the Yahoo Address Book and make sure that you are signed into your account.
- Click the Addresses Options link on the right of the Address Book page.
- Click the Import/Export link.
- In the Export section, click the Export Now button next to the phrase Microsoft Outlook.
- When prompted, specify a convenient location and enter a name for the .csv file in the Save As dialog box.
(Make note of where you are saving this file, so you can find it later.)
